Status Bar
See the status of jobs across your machines
The status bar shows the current standing of your machines. ​

A green bar indicates that the machine is running.

A yellow bar indicates that the machine is idle.

An orange outline indicates that machine has a 'hot' job.

See a breakdown of the current job, including:

Right side
See a breakdown of the current job, including:

Number of parts

Last cycle time

Last changeover

Job scheduled up next

Run time remaining

See the progress of a job running on your machine.
The small bar under the status bar shows the estimated runtime remaining for that job.

Edit Jobs
Quickly make changes to ongoing and past jobs

Click on any job to edit it.
Make any changes to the job name or parts produced.
Click 'save' to update that job.

Find your machines faster

When a row is highlighted green, that job is currently running.

When highlighted green, the recorded cycle time is faster than the quoted cycle time.


A 'hot' job is indicated with an orange dot in the corner.

When highlighted red, the recorded cycle time is slower than the quoted cycle time.

See each machines' scheduled jobs
Each machine has its own column of jobs.

Jobs are listed priority, starting with date.

Each job shows it's quoted:

Number of parts
-
Cycle time
-
Setup time
-
Start date

Add Jobs
Add jobs to your schedule

To schedule a job, click
Assign the job a:
-
Name
-
Machine
-
Number of parts
-
Quoted cycle times
-
Quoted Setup times
-
Start date

All of the fields are mandatory, except:
-
Name
-
Machine
-
Number of parts

Edit Jobs
Update, remove, move, and 'hot' scheduled jobs.

To edit a job, click on the three dots in the corner of any scheduled or running job.
Mark a job as 'hot'
Labeling a job as 'hot' will prioritize that job.
Edit a scheduled job
Update your scheduled job.
*You cannot edit completed jobs*
Move a job to another machine
Click and drag that job to another machine column.
Delete a scheduled job
Deleting a job will permanently remove it from your schedule.

See your machines' current condition

A job highlighted green is currently running.
Manually mark a job as complete by clicking the checkmark in the corner.

When a job is 'hot' it will have an orange dot next to the name.
To remove the 'hot' click the three dots again and click 'un-hot.'

A job highlighted/tinted grey has been completed. See all of its production data on the jobs page.

Add Users
1. Click the 'plus' sign in the far right corner
2. Create your user's credentials
3. Click "submit"
Edit Users
1. Click the user you wish to edit
2. Change user information
3. Click "submit" or "delete"

2. Change user information

1. Click 'Add a Machine'
